The U.S. Department of State is conducting market research for Forensic Behavioral Science Services (FBSS) to support security clearance adjudications, law enforcement fitness-for-duty evaluations, and operational psychology for a global workforce of over 75,000 employees across more than 220 locations. Services will be provided on a Time-and-Materials basis and include forensic psychological evaluations, mental health consultations, and embedded doctoral-level psychology support requiring TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
