Pre-Solicitation - U.S. Mission Lilongwe, Malawi
The U.S. Department of State requires a qualified contractor to provide Local Guard Services supporting the U.S. Mission in Malawi, with an anticipated period of performance of one base year plus four one-year options. The contractor must provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff needed to maintain a secure environment, prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, and property, prevent unauthorized access, and deter potential terrorist attacks. Interested offerors must complete and return a Restricted Access Request to the listed points of contact to gain access, and all contracted personnel must pass both contractor and U.S. Government background investigations. Offerors, including joint ventures, must have active SAM.gov registration, and the government will give preference to U.S. persons or U.S. Joint Venture Persons. Award will be made to the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price, and the synopsis is expected to be posted for approximately 15 days with site visits provided via PowerPoint.
