This opportunity is a total Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside for Diplomatic Courier Support Services, requiring personnel and equipment to provide inbound and outbound courier escort support to the U.S. Department of State, operating 24/7 with overtime and overnight work. Performance will take place at State Annex 8 in Springfield, VA; the Miami Courier Division in Miami, FL; and SRD2 in Sterling, VA. The contract is a labor-hour arrangement with ancillary surge support and other direct cost CLINs. The period of performance is a 12-month base beginning November 14, 2026, plus four one-year options, running through November 13, 2031 if all options are exercised.
