The U.S. Department of State intends to award multiple (potentially eight or more) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts to qualified architectural/engineering firm-led teams. Work will support planning, design, construction, facility rehabilitation, system replacement, security upgrades, and renovation of communications facilities.
