INL Mexico, through the U.S. Embassy in Mexico, requires a contractor to provide CONOCER criminal analyst certification services. The effort supports the Bicentennial Framework’s goal of strengthening Mexico’s security and justice sector capacity to reduce impunity and protect human rights. The contractor will certify Government of Mexico state and federal crime analysts assigned to high-impact crimes and investigations units under the CONOCER Competency Standard. Other CONOCER competency standards and certifications are also included in the scope. Performance is in Mexico.
