This is a presolicitation notice for FY26 training equipment supporting the Diplomatic Security Antiterrorism Assistance program, including communications, medical, ballistic, and tactical gear. The procurement is a 100% HUBZone set-aside, conducted competitively under FAR Part 12, with firm-fixed-price contracts anticipated. Seventeen separate training requirements, each with its own equipment list, will be solicited separately to identified HUBZone small businesses.
