This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only, not a formal solicitation. It describes a design-build project to construct a new student dormitory for approximately 156 male police students at the Instituto Técnico Policial (ITP) Training Compound in Comayagua, Honduras. The contractor would provide design review, engineering, construction documents, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover, using government-provided bridging documents and a simplified, repetitive construction approach. The proposed period of performance is 330 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
