The Department of State/INL seeks information on contractors capable of refurbishing approximately 335 m² in Honduras, including demolition, space reconfiguration, new partitions, electrical installations, and MEP systems within walls/floors/shafts/ceilings per approved designs. Work must comply with Honduran technical standards, including FHIS and local building regulations, and international interior quality standards, using new high-quality materials without unauthorized deviations. Respondents should demonstrate relevant Honduras construction/renovation experience within the last five years, host-nation government coordination, material/equipment importation capability, and required Honduran architectural, engineering, and construction licenses and certifications. The proposed period of performance is 120 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
