This sources sought is for market research only and is not a formal solicitation; it concerns a planned design-build project for INL at U.S. Embassy Tegucigalpa, Honduras, supporting the Honduras National Police DNFE at the COE compound in Lepaterique. The project consolidates rehabilitation of the existing Gym with construction of new self-supporting Aluzinc dome roofs and structural components for the Mess Hall and Kitchen/Storage. It also includes a fully furnished and equipped kitchen capable of feeding 75 COE members, with locally available equipment, warranties, maintenance, training, plumbing, fire/life safety, and ventilation. Offerors would need Honduras architectural, engineering, and construction licenses/certifications, relevant Honduras construction/renovation experience, host-nation coordination experience, and capability to import materials, equipment, and manpower.
