This RFI supports U.S. Government market research for a planned Digital Forensics Equipment requirement and seeks to identify vendors capable of delivering a complete solution. Information gathered will help shape future procurement strategy, including contract type, final requirements, socioeconomic programs, and small-business set-asides. It is for information and planning only—not an RFQ, IFB, or RFP—and the government is not seeking quotes, bids, or proposals, will not pay response costs, and is not committed to contracting. Vendors must request access to restricted RFI documents through SAM.gov, sign and email the Restricted Access Request form to the contracting officer, and download attachments directly from SAM.gov after access is granted.
