The U.S. Embassy Mexico's INL office is seeking capable Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses for a Sources Sought notice to deliver Interdiction & Hidden Compartment Training and Mentoring. The program is a phased, multi-year effort involving a Basic Interdiction and Hidden Compartment Certification course, a Train-the-Trainer course, and a Quality Control/Mentoring phase. Performance will take place both within Mexico and the U.S., with the contractor providing all instructors, translators, materials, and certified vehicles with hidden compartments. The goal is to build a sustainable Mexican training capability to detect hidden-compartment smuggling of drugs, firearms, cash, and other contraband. This notice is for market research only and does not constitute a request for proposals.
