The U.S. Department of State requires a contractor to provide Local Guard Services for the U.S. Mission in Accra, Ghana. The anticipated period of performance is for one base year plus four one-year option periods. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and must submit a Restricted Access Request to view the full requirement. The Government will give preference to offerors qualifying as U.S. persons or U.S. Joint Venture Persons. The contract will be awarded to the best technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.
