Inactive Partial Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Department of State intends to issue an RFP for comprehensive moving and storage services for household goods and vehicles for employees in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The contract will consist of multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements for up to 5 years, with a possible 66-month extension, across four award pools for different service categories. All contractor facilities and primary performance must be within a 50-mile radius of the Washington Monument. The government expects to post the RFP between December 15 and December 29, 2025. This is a partial small business set-aside, and awards will be made on a lowest-priced, technically-acceptable basis to companies demonstrating significant capacity and financial stability.
