THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is requesting proposal submissions for Design-Build Construction Services for the construction of a renovation and expansion for the United States Embassy in Kampala, Uganda. Amendment 0001 is issued based on updates to the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act of 1986, as amended, 2025 NDAA § 7214, (Public Law 118-159) (“Omnibus Act”). Offerors are requested to respond based on the new instructions listed in document entitled "2025 Phase I MMR."
