This solicitation is hereby amended to provide the responses to the questions submitted and to provide an extension to the due date of the proposal submission. The new date for submission of proposals has been extended until October 7, 2024 at 4:00PM EST and shall be e-mailed to postellbj@state.gov. The US Department of State has a requirement for a vendor to perform Calligraphy services to support the Office of Presidential Appointments, Bureau of Human Services. The Department of State intends to award firm-fixed price multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a base year and 4 1- year option periods (5 Years). This requirement is being set aside as a total small business requirement. Questions regarding the attached shall be submitted no later than September 20, 2024 at 12:00PM EST and shall be e-mailed to postellbj@state.gov. Proposals shall be received no later than September 30, 2024 at 4:00PM EST and shall be e-mailed to postellbj@state.gov. Please see the attached statement of work for additional instructions.
