The Contractor will procure and deliver one (1) Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH) to Dakar, Senegal. The RTCH must be capable of moving 20' and 40' shipping containers weighing up 56,000lbs (25,400kg) each within a training center at Thies and onto various modes of transportation during deployment and training exercises. The RTCH will be required to operate frequently on uneven surfaces, concrete, pavement, sand, and rocks. The Contractor shall provide equipment, attachments, service parts, tool kits, additional parts, and operator and maintenance training in accordance with the descriptions and specifications listed.
