The New American Center includes construction of the Rue Bartholonie on the existing Admin Compound in downtown Vientiane, Laos. The Admin Compound is a fully developed 1.78-acre site with multiple facilities that currently support Post operations, including the existing American Center, Warehouse/shops, Fueling Station, and a Pool & Cabana. Development of the New American Center will require demolition of the Pool & Cabana while the remaining functions remain active during construction. The New American Center project includes the design/build construction of the following: New American Center Building Pedestrian (PCAC) Utility Building (UTL)

The awarded contractor shall be provided with bridging documents that the contractor shall develop to 100% final design. The project scope includes complete design and construction services of the New American Center on the east side of the existing Admin Compound. The proposed American Center facility includes but is not limited to the New American Center (2200 GSM), New Pedestrian Compound Access Control, New Utility Structures (Electrical Demarc Room, Pump Room, and Chiller Yard), and Perimeter Wall Upgrades.
