The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of the Procurement Executive, on behalf of the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), anticipates awarding twelve indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts to qualified architect/engineer firm-led teams (prime or joint venture) of licensed professionals to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering (A/E) services.
