Nonproliferation specialization and focused policy and programming is conducted by offices within ISN. This performance work statement is to provide on-site labor support Office of Weapons of Mass Destruction Terrorism (WMDT), Office of the Biological Policy Staff (BPS), Office of Nuclear Energy, Safety and Security, and Office of Counterproliferation Initiatives (CPI).
