This is a non-personnel services contract to provide an Interactive Health Literacy Portal (IHLP) Pilot Program accessible to the department’s workforce throughout the world. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Purchase of an Interactive Health Literacy Portal or similar commercial solution will enable the program to provide safe, effective, and evidence-based instruction that our workforce has come to expect and rely on to maintain their wellbeing, and ultimately productivity wherever their workplace is located.
