All in... This Request for Information (RFI) announcement is to conduct market research for an anticipated requirement, not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Department of State (DoS), Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR) anticipates a need for contractor-supported Managed Multi-functional Device Services. The types of equipment support may include copiers, plotters, printers, scanners, lease of onsite devices, break/fix service, supplies, plus preventative and routine maintenance to maintain and improve equipment uptime and equipment performance as well as management services. The RFI is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified businesses, with a special interest in Small Business (SB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), HubZone (HUBZ), 8(a), and Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Businesses. The Government contemplates the use of a GSA Multiple Award Schedule, Office Management - Printing and Photographic Equipment 333316C Copiers and Digital Duplicating Equipment, and 541611MPS Managed Print Services. Be advised that acquisition strategy and set-aside decisions may be made based on the information provided in response to this RFI notice.
