This is a Sources Sought Notice, Request for Information (RFI) only for market research purposes, and is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose is to accomplish extensive market research for companies (primarily small businesses) who can provide a continuing service to to obtain recurring publications, subscriptions, serials, and annuals. Subscription and serials management services for the Ralph J. Bunche Library at the U.S. Department of State (hereafter referred to as the Department). The government is seeking information regarding the availability and feasibility of attracting to support the requirements of the Department of State (DOS) Ralph J. Bunche Library. Issuance of this notice is solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), or a commitment on the part of the government to conduct a solicitation for the below listed product and service in the future. The vendor shall be responsible for any costs associated with preparing any response. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 513120, 424920 which has a corresponding size standard of 1,000 Number of Employees, 424920: 200 Number of Employees. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside based upon responses hereto for any subsequent acquisition.
