The US Department of State, Bureau of Global Talent Management has a requirement for a contract to develop a Career Mapping Software that will serve as an easy-to-use digital product to support the Department's Civil Service Employees in understanding the competencies and skillsets needed to excel in their current roles and advance in their career, as well as in finding trainings and development opportunities.
