This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ, and the procurement is being conducted using the procedures found in FAR Part 13.5 “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.”This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This acquisition is being solicited as 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561210 “Facilities Support Services”, and the small business size standard, is $47.0 M.
