The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Local Guard Services to support the U.S. Mission Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The Government requires a secure environment to conduct their mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, andqualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall be required to provideservices in a manner that prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, property; destruction of assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deterpotential terrorist attacks. Anticipated period of performance is for one base year and four one-year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government). See attached 19AQMM23R0157 for more details. The Government will host a site visit at US Embassy Abidjan on June 6, 2023 9:00am LOCAL TIME. Offerors who wish to participate must contact the POC on this soliciation and provide the name of the company and name(s) of individual(s), who will represent the company at the site visit (by location), telephone numbers and email addresses. Anticipated period of performance of the single award Time and Material (T&M) with fixed priced (FP) and cost reimbursable (CR) elements for one base year and four one-year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government).
