The U.S. Department of State contemplates a multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract with time and materials for labor hours and cost reimbursable line items for travel and other direct costs. The contractor shall provide the necessary supplies and services in accordance with the Statement of Work.
