This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Government seeks to obtain services relating to the design, development, and deployment of a Content Management System (CMS) as well as the content research and database population. The Government will award one Contract with a Period of Performance of one (1) base and three (3) option periods. This acquisition is under full and open procedures. Questions relating to the solicitation details is due by 12/03/2021 on/before 10:00AM EST. Amendment 0001 is issued to provide responses to offerors' questions. Proposals due date is extended to 01/28/2022 on/before 2:00PM EST.
