This RFI does not constitute a request for quote nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The submission of this information is for market research and planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Department of State (DoS) to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information sought. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation and shall be provided at no cost to the Government. Government requests that interested parties submit a brief overview of their firm's capabilities -submit a statement of capability outlining their firm's capabilities related to the requirement stated below, and experience with projects similar in scope to this project. All information shall be submitted in MS Word or Adobe PDF format and shall not exceed 5 pages, including all attachments. Each party’s submission shall also include the following information: Organization Name Organization Address Point-of-Contact (including name, title, address, telephone number and email address) Department of State - Request for Information (RFI)- Modernized Parking Management System DUNS Number Business Size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size) Socio-Economic Status (i.e.. small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, etc.) NAICS Code GSA Contract Number (if applicable) Any other pertinent information The response date to this Sources Sought Notice is Monday, March 7th at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION RFI Submission - Interested vendors are requested to include, at a minimum, the following information: Name of organization, address, website and point of contact name, title, telephone number and email, General Schedule Administration (GSA) schedule contract number and special item number (SIN) categories (if applicable) Information on the company - How long in business, business size, etc. Company’s written Capability Statement not-to-exceed 5 pages – explaining how firm can meet the Government’s draft requirements Literature which highlights capabilities of the product to include initial set up of system (i.e., installation of hardware), information on any proposed software Literature pertaining to Warranty or continued service contracts such as the maintenance and repair on both hardware and software products Past performance with business case/product demonstration Does it support other government clients? Handling of classified information? Current clearance depending on information contained in system. Yes/No. If not, is it in the process of becoming certified with anticipated completion before April 2022. Instructions for RFI Responses Respondents must submit their responses in writing no later than 10:00 A.M. DC Local Time, 07-March-2022 and forwarded by email to Amber Gray, Contract Specialist (Contractor) at grayal@state.gov and Wendy Bibb, Contracting Officer BibbWG@state.gov. The subject line shall state “RFI – DoS Parking Management System”. Propriety information submitted in response to this RFI will be protected from unauthorized disclosure as required required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
