The purpose of this contract is to provide comprehensive support across multiple task areas to advance the mission of the Haitian National Police (HNP) and the goals of the INL/PAP program. This includes deploying Subject Matter Expert (SME) Advisors, and delivering logistics support to the HNP School and Academy facilities.
