No other changes have been made to this RFI.*** The purpose of this SS-RFI is to support the Government’s market research pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, and to determine sources capable of satisfying the agency’s requirements for a third party primary inserting and in-line mail system to meet the mail processing requirements of the National Visa Center (NVC) using the most up to date USPS pricing that meets the specifications outlined below in section 2.0. The Government is requesting information regarding the availability and feasibility of obtaining two large inserting mail machines and one stand-alone table top mail machine to continue the primary inserting and in-line metering mail system, with identical configured backup system at projected criteria/levels/volume.
