This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Government seeks to obtain non-intrusive inspection systems for use at borders, ports, and various access points in the European, Central American, South American, Central Asian, Middle Eastern, and African regions. The Government will award one IDIQ Contract with a Period of Performance of one (1) base and four (4) option periods. Task Orders have Period of Performance of one (1) base and two (2) option periods. Questions relating to the solicitation details is due by 9/3/2021 at 12:00PM EST. Proposals are due by 9/20/2021 at 3:00PM EST. This acquisition is under full and open procedures.
