This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Government seeks to obtain specialized services to support and assist the government in achieving the goals and fulfilling its needs in engaging with maritime stakeholders in countries selected by the Government. The engagement of global maritime stakeholders, including, but not limited to, customs authorities, port operators, flag registries, maritime insurers, commodity brokers, providers of bunkering services, financial sector entities that underwrite or fund maritime commerce, and others on sanctions risks associated with Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) related shipping. The Government will award one IDIQ Contract with a Period of Performance of one (1) base and two (2) option periods. Questions relating to the solicitation details is due by 3:00 PM EST on 8/3/2021. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM EST on 8/30/2021. This acquisition is under full and open procedures. Amendment 0001 is executed to provide responses to interested offerors' questions.
