Bidders DD254 Any questions, comments or clarifications concerning any aspect of the RFP shall be prepared in writing and submitted to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 PM EST five (5) business days after the RFP has been released. Questions will be answered by posting answers to the SAM website; accordingly, questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after Friday, July 16, 2021 will be answered. State Department servers will not accept emails containing attachments in excess of 30MB.
