The purpose of this Amendment A0003 is to: 1) Allow potential offerors additional time to submit clarification questions related to responses from A0002 only; 2) Extend the proposal due date to 9/28/21 - 1:00 PM EST. Please see Section L.9 OFFEROR QUESTIONS AND/ OR CLARIFICATIONS Any questions, comments, exceptions, or clarifications concerning any aspect of the solicitation shall be prepared in writing and submitted to Contracting Officer Padmavathi Washington-Sicher at Washington-SicherP@state.gov and Contract Specialist Andre McIntosh McIntoshAS@state.gov at no later than September 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST. Questions should be submitted, identified and segregated by topic (e.g., technical, cost) and must make reference to the applicable section of the solicitation (e.g., Section, and Section, provide solicitation number). No questions by telephone will be accepted. Answers and responses by the Government may form the basis of an amendment to the solicitation. Responses to questions will not reveal the Offeror who asked the question. PLEASE NOTE: THE ABOVE DATE AND TIME IS ONLY FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO SUBMIT ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATION QUESTIONS RELATED TO RESPONSES TO AMENDMENT A0002.
