The Contractor must provide all required materials, labor, equipment, and services to install the tank. Questions in response to the solicitation are due no later than COB November 5th. Proposals must be submitted to the CO (diangelome@state.gov) no later than COB November 23rd. All pertinent solicitation instructions and specifications are attached to this announcement and labeled by section.
