This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Government seeks to obtain technical expertise and staffing support required to provide a broad array of services in support of ISN/NDF efforts to assist host nations inremoving, destroying, or disabling weapons of mass destruction (WMD), conventional munitions, other dangerous materials, or associated production, transportation, and storage infrastructure. The Government will award one indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) with a Period of Performance of one (1) base and four (4) option periods. Questions relating to the solicitation details are due by 4/15/2021, 11:00AM EST. Proposals are due by 5/11/2021, 2:00PM EST. This acquisition is under full and open procedures. Amendment 0001 is issued to provide responses to questions submitted by interested parties. Proposals due date is extended to 5/21/2021 on or before 3:00 PM EST. Amendment 0002 is issued to extend proposals due date to 6/1/2021 3:00 PM EST.

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for technical expertise and staffing support requiredto provide a broad array of services in support of ISN/NDF efforts to assist host nations inremoving, destroying, or disabling weapons of mass destruction (WMD), conventionalmunitions, other dangerous materials, or associated production, transportation, and storage infrastructure. This acquisition will be solicited under full and open procedures. The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $50,000,000 and $60,000,000. The estimated period of performance is five (5) years (base plus four options). The solicitation is expected to be posted on or after April 6, 2021 and available for no less than 30 days - reference 19AQMM21R0100. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. Award of a Time-and-Material and Labor-Hour Type Contract is anticipated
