This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Government seeks to obtain specialized subject matter expertise, including logistical support and planning, analytical services, design services, security systems materials, systems installation services, systems support services at foreign munitions/munitions systems sites, and Conventional Weapons Destruction (CWD) services The Government will award one Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a Period of Performance of one (1) base and four (4) option periods. Questions relating to the solicitation details are due by 3/11/2021 at 11:00AM EST. Proposals are due by 4/5/2021 at 11:00AM EST. This acquisition is under full and open procedures. Amendment 001 is issued to provide responses to interested offerors' questions. Proposals due date is extended to 4/22/2021, 1:00PM EST. Amendment 002 is issued to add 52.204-2 and 652.204-70. H-016 and H-031 are updated to provide additional Clearance clarification. Proposal due date is NOT extended from the current 04/22/2021 1:00:00 PM EST.
