This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Government seeks to obtain specialized advisory and mission support services to design and carry out pilot assistance projects to improve biological and toxin weapons convention (BWC) implementation by conducting assessments. The Government will award one IDIQ Contract with a Period of Performance of one (1) base and two (2) option periods. Questions relating to the solicitation details is due by 3/8/2021 at 10:00AM EST. Proposals are due by 3/31/2021 at 2:00PM EST. This acquisition is under full and open procedures. Amendment 0001 is executed to provide responses to interested offerors' questions. Proposal due date is extended to 4/9/2021 2:00PM EST.
