The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Section (INL - U.S. Embassy, Colombia) requires one (1) Bell 206B3 helicopter. The United States Government recognizes that the Bell 206B3 is no longer in production; therefore this will be a procurement of helicopter that are not in a “new condition.” The contractor shall provide all required labor, personnel, management, materials & equipment, etc. to supply INL Colombia/Colombian National Police with one (1) Bell 206B3 helicopter meeting the specifications attached. Only bell 206B3 serial numbers 4300 onwards are acceptable. Only Bells 206B3s with 5000 hours total time and below are acceptable.
