This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 19AQMM21Q0026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is not a new requirement. It is a follow-on of services being provided to the government under purchase order SAQMMA17M0274. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02 This acquisition will be conducted under full and open competition procedures and will not be set-aside for small businesses. A list if the services, quantities, units of measure and options are provided under Attachment 1 page 3. The service requirements to be procured are found at Attachment 1, pages 4 and 5 at section 1.2 - STATEMENT OF WORK Services shall be provided to the American Embassy Riyadh, Wadi Arqaa, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The period of performance is found at Attachment 1, page 3. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-1 is found at Attachment 1, pages 11 and 12. There are not addenda to the provision. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, is found at Attachment 2. Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, must be completed by the vendor and included with its quote. Provision 52.213-3 is found at Attachment 1, pages 18 thru 33. Cause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-4 is found at Attachment 1, pages 8 thru 10. There are no addenda to the clause. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-5 is found and Attachment 1, pages 13 thru 18. The contracting officer has marked additional clauses incorporated in paragraph (b) of the clause 52.212-5 with an "X". The contracting officer has determined that additional contract requirements or terms and conditions are necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. The additional requirements and terms and conditions are found at Attachment 1. This acquisition is not subject to the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
