This pre-solicitation notice is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), but merely informational, as a solicitation for this procurement is estimated to be posted around August 2nd. The proposed solicitation number is 19AQMM21Q0117. THIS ACQUISITION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under NAICS Code 485999, and a size standard of $16.5 million. The Department of State (DOS) is contemplating a multiple-award, Time-and-Materials + Firm-fixed Price hybrid, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), based on best value to the government. DOS contemplates the contract period will be a base one-year period with four (4) one-year option periods. The Transportation Services BPAs' will be performed throughout the United States, but primarily in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required prior to submitting an offer or quotation. If your company is not registered in SAM, you may register electronically at www.sam.gov. Potential respondents MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive notifications/or changes to the solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. No response to this synopsis is required.
