Justification For An Exception To Fair Opportunity is a follow on task order with Gartner, Inc., against their FEDLINK Library of Congress contract vehicle LCFDL21D0001 for one year to the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Office of the Chief Technology Officer (DS/EX/CTO for their requirement to acquire lT Advisory and Research Services in support of their role in Information Technology management, operations and support services to Diplomatic Security.
