AQM will award a one-year interim contract to replace the Information Technology End-user Support Services (ITESS) current task order 19AQMM20F2580.The one-year interim task order is for a period of performance totaling twelve (12) months. The interim award will enable the Department to replace the current task order as the Government has decided not to exercise option years with the current service provider due to significant operational challenges. During the one-year interim task order, Consolidated Customer Support (CCS) will have sufficient time to award a new contract effort that allows for competition while ensuring the CCS customers have the mission critical IT support needed to execute their missions.
