Responses may be used to help the Agency refine their requirement. Accordingly, clear, concise, and technical responses are welcomed. Recommendations on how to proceed supported by technical rationale is also welcomed. Section 3.2, para c.1) and c.2)must be completed and provided - in advance - in order to obtain access to Attachments 1 and 2. Please provide responses to c.1) and c.2) of Section 3.2 via email as instructed and request access to Attachments 1 and 2 via Beta.SAM.gov. Requests for access shall be denied if Section 3.2 response are not received in advance.
