The Government is seeking a qualified contractor to provide support and card stock material for the production of passport cards. These cards are of a unique design and construction and will be used in the production of U.S. card format travel cards. The Department of State (DoS) (in cooperation with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has developed and implemented U.S. card-format travel cards, including the Passport Card -a credit- card-size travel document. The Passport Card has been an accepted alternative to the traditional book-style passport at U.S. land and some sea ports-of-entry (POEs) since June 1, 2009. The Passport Card is functional in the DHS ReadyLane system, an integrated, automated border- crossing identification system including programs such as NEXUS, Secure Electronic Network for Travelers' Rapid Inspection (SENTRI), and Free and Secure Trade Program (FAST). ******** AMENDMENT 19AQMM20R0268 A0001 ******** The purpose of amendment A0001 is to extend the proposal due date listed in Block 8 and in Section L of the solicitation document.
