This solicitation is hereby amended to provide the responses to the questions and provide an extension for proposal submission to November 13, 2020 at 12:00PM EST. SEE THE ATTACHED REVISED SOLICITATION, REVISED ATTACHMENT 8, AND THE RESPONSES TO THE QUESTIONS. This solicitation is being amended to attach the template for the submission of questions. The Department of State has a requirement in support of the Bureau of International Narcortics and Law Enforcement's Western Hemisphere for contractors to provide a variety of training.
