The US Department of State, International Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) office at the US Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica has a requirement for a vendor to deliver Balanced Scorecard Professional Certification (BSC) training to 32 Jamaican court officials including High and Lower Court judges and court administrators in order to be come BSC certified.
