This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the construct, and/or the renovation of a facility in Comayagua, Honduras. This acquisition will be solicited under full and open procedures. The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The estimated period of performance is 270 calendar days. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or after July 28, 2020 and available for no less than 30 days. Proposal response time and submittal will be specified at the time the solicitation is posted. A pre-proposal conference and/or site visit(s) will be scheduled and included in the solicitation and normally occurs 7 – 10 days after the solicitation is posted. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 60 days of proposal receipt.
