All proposals are requested to be submitted electronically in either MS-Word and/or Adobe PDF files to bellam@state.gov NLT 11:00 AM EST MARCH 19, 2020. NO HARD COPY PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Each proposal shall be submitted separately and clearly labeled "technical proposal" and "price proposal". The subject line of the email shall read proposal submission 19AQMM20R0066. All other conditions in Section L-014 and RFP 19AQMM20R0066 remain the same.
