NOTE: This REQUIREMENT is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain landscaping and grounds maintenance services for real property owned or managed by the U. S. Government at the Embassy Compound, located at 142 Old Hope Road Kingston 6, and at the Colin Powell Plaza located at 211A Constant Spring Road, Kingston 8. The Contractor shall perform the required services in all designated areas including, but not limited to interior / exterior property entrance areas; interior buildings, warehouses, and maintenance sheds / buildings; interior roads and sidewalks; exterior roads and sidewalks (adjacent to properties); security guard booths; parking areas; stairways (exterior of buildings); fields; perimeter walls (interior / exterior); recreation areas; fish ponds; sports areas (tennis, squash, volleyball and basketball courts); swimming pools; patio areas; trash collection areas; loading docks; plant nursery; and property trees, lawns, gardens, and flower beds. The contract will be for a one year period from the date of the contract award. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish the work in this contract.
